Prevent Alcohol and Risk-related Trauma in Youth (P.A.R.T.Y.)
We offer in-school and field trip programs that teach young people to recognize risk and make informed choices. Students reflect on how their activities and behaviours may lead to different outcomes.
Our sessions are usually half-day or full-day and may include:
- Stories from injury survivors, paramedics, police, rehabilitation experts, and others
- Tours of emergency departments or intensive care units
- Role-playing opportunities and experiential learning activities
We work mostly with grade 9 classes, but may be open to other grades. The process to book our program varies by community. Find out what we can do for your school.
